Spotlite was born from a recruiter's problem: finding the right candidate, then failing to convince the client company fast enough. A CV says what someone has done. It never shows how they do it.
So we built what we wished we could send: proof of what the candidate can do, in a single link.

I already have an ATS. What is Spotlite for?
Showing your clients what your candidates can do. Add the candidate (a CSV exported from your ATS, a CV or manual entry), then send their dossier in one link, with nothing to migrate. The recommendation and the profile are free; videos, assessments and the AI interview need the pass.
Is the ATS really free?
Yes. Candidates, clients, jobs and applications are unlimited and free, with no credit card. E-signature, calendar, video calls, assessments and AI need the Spotlite Pass, at €50 a month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser, and candidates join an interview or sign a document from a simple link, without creating an account.
What is an AI interview on Spotlite?
A copilot runs a first spoken interview based on your job, then hands you a summary and the transcript. You keep the decision: nothing is rejected automatically. It is billed to the AI balance included in the pass.
Can I connect Spotlite to my careers site?
Yes, through the public API: jobs, candidates and applications. If you have no developer, setup can be handled for a flat fee.
